Event Ticket Cancellation and Refund Policy

You may request a refund/cancellation only for tickets purchased through Lx2entertainment.com. Any tickets purchased outside lx2entertainment.com or via third party ticketting providers are non-refundable through us. Tickets purchased outside lx2entertainment.com or via third party ticketting providers are subject to their own refund and cancellation policies. We recommend contacting them directly for information regarding your tickets.

  • All tickets purchased through Lx2entertainment.com are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled 72 hours prior to the event.
  • All ticket cancellations are subject to a 15% cancellation fee unless the event is cancelled by Lx2 Entertainment or by the event organizer and other unexpected situations (Extreme Weather Calamity, Event Venue Technical Issues and more) that may lead to the cancellation of the event.
  • In any case that an event is relocated or rescheduled you may request for a refund or cancellation and will still be subject to the 15% cancellation fee.
  • For events cancelled by LX2 Entertainment and/or event organizers will automatically be cancelled and refunded to the purchaser’s original payment method.

Please note that ticket recepients are not eligible for any credit or refund. All refunds are processed and returned only to the purchaser’s original payment method.


Physical Merchandise Returns & Refund Policy:

All merchandise purchases are final, and in no event will there be refunds, exchanges, or credits for merchandise purchases.


Unauthorized Purchases:

We are not in any way liable for any unauthorized purchases made on lx2entertainment.com using your own credit/debit card. For any suspicions or concerns regarding any unauthorized purchases please contact us directly at info@lx2corp.com and our team will be more than happy to verify and assist you regarding the matter.


Refund Process:

All refunds may take up to 5 business days to process and reflect back to the original payment method. Please note that refund processing times may vary and may take longer than usual depending on your bank provider or card issuer. If in any event that a refund has not posted to the original payment method please contact us directly at info@lx2corp.com and our team will be more than happy to verify and assist you regarding the matter.
